Josef J. Fenykovi, Hungarian-born engineer and big game hunter had the distinction of shooting the largest elephant ever shot, in Angola in 1955. It was presented to the Smithsonian Institution. Well illustrated with photographs with much on the country, the game, the people, missions, etc. Spine faded, covers slightly marked, contemporary signature and bookplate of Horace Brooks Cooke, Jr., a very nice copy in the publisher’s green cloth. No copy listed in COPAC, OCLC lists three copies.
